Crystals can be used daily in conjunction with meditation.  Place the corresponding crystals on the chakras, visualise and breathe into each chakra starting at the base, visualise the colours and the light pouring the light through.  You may ask your crystals questions during this time as they help us to connect to the higher self.  Cleanse in between healings by running under water and visualising brilliant white light running through them purifying and washing away all negativity.  Then place on a cluster (amethyst, citrine or clear quartz) until the next healing.

The healing gives a wonderful start to the day.
