Mochi Balls are believed to be more than 150 million years old.  The (Moqui) balls are named after the Moqui indians who inhabited the lands where they were found.

They were used by shamans in rituals for visioning, meditation and out of body journeys.  They are good for dreaming, protection and healing.  Mochi balls have protective qualities and help with grounding and centering.  Also to align and clear the chakras.  They have a magnetic charge which are used to stimulate chi and disapate energy blockages.  Mochi balls are especially used for connection to anscestors, animal totums, and spirit guides.  They are said to be benificial for veins, arteries, muscles and the immune system.
