Selenite is one of the best crystals to provide light to your being. Having it in your energy field will infiltrate pure white light all through your aura. It is a very high frequency crystal, and will help to raise your vibration. It is not a crystal that will keep you awake at night, like clear quartz can, it is more subtle and gentle, providing you with a calm and feeling of lightness. Selenite is also protective for your aura, so meditating with Selenite can help you to maintain your white light bubble for protection, bring light into your aura as well as accessing higher realms. Selenite is pure white frequency, and is wonderful for clearing and cleansing your aura,. You can use it to rake your aura to remove negativity. Make sure to keep your Selenite crystals dry.
