2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, who must
complete all competition requirements during the entire Promotional
Period. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal
guardian consent to enter.
4. There are no entry fees and no purchase necessary to enter this
competition.
5. By entering this competition, an Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to
be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The Promotion Period commences 4pm on 7th December 2025 and closes
7pm (AEST) on 11th December 2025. The winner will be chosen on the 11th
December. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be
entered.
7. To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period, follow
@kibirawmineralsau and @krystal.love.crystals on Instagram, like the
competition post and tag a friend in the comments on Instagram. Only
those who have completed all these requirements will be considered for
the prize.
8. Enter as many times as you like. Tag extra friends for bonus points.
9. The prize will be delivered via mail.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever
reason.

12. Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and
verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
13. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram initially, if
possible, by phone or email, within 48 hours of the closing date. A written
confirmation will be sent to the winners at the provided email address.
14. The name of the winners may be published, and the winners shall
participate in any publicity activities regarding the Competition if
requested by the Promoter.
15. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the
prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the winner will forfeit
the prize.
16. In the event of any unclaimed prizes a second judging will be held 1 week
after the original prize draw. The winner/s from this judging will be notified
in the same manner as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by
Australian and New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
